The following is a list of qualifications for the family in need, along with the guidelines for nomination.
QUALIFICATIONS
The family in need must be the owner of the house.
The family in need must be deserving, and show what this family has given back to the community in the midst of their struggles.
The family in need must show inspiration and overcoming adversity.
GUIDELINES
Families in need must be nominatd. Applications on behalf of oneself will not be considered.
Applications will only be considered if they are complete.
Complete applications consist of the following:
- Photos or videos of the house including the roof
- Completed application form
All materials submitted (including photos and videos) will be retained by and become the property of The ROOF Project.
No material will be returned to an applicant. Any expense incurred during the application process including postage, shipping, materials preparation (videotape, photos, etc) is the applicant’s sole responsibility.
All decisions and determinations of the winner made by The ROOF Project are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry.
The ROOF Project will not verify that we have received your application, and will not be responsible for any lost applications.
The family selected must execute all waivers and release agreements required by The ROOF Project prior to any work on the home commencing.
